About us
Built by two kids who watched their parents carry everything.
We’re two 18-year-olds from London. ParentPal is what we wished existed for the parents who raised us.
The beginning
We’ve seen both sides of family life. What it looks like when parents have support, and what it looks like when they don’t.
We watched our own parents work themselves to the bone. The love was always there. So was the exhaustion. And the quiet strength it takes to keep going when no one’s helping you carry it.
ParentPal started as a question: what would it look like if someone actually built the support our parents needed?
“ParentPal was born from the moments we saw our parents trying their best, and wished they had someone supporting them the same way they supported us.”
Built by listening
Every part of ParentPal has been shaped by real parents. We ask questions, hear their stories, and learn what actually helps. Not what sounds good in a pitch, what helps on a Tuesday morning when everything is already a lot.
Parents already know what they need. They just haven’t had someone who could build it for them. That’s what we’re here to do.
“We have the ability to take what parents feel, need, and imagine, and turn it into something that helps.”
What we believe
We’ve seen what happens when families are supported, and what happens when they’re not. The difference shapes everything: childhoods, relationships, futures.
ParentPal exists because we believe that when parents feel less alone, children grow up in a better place. We’re not here to replace parenting. We’re here to take a little of the weight off it.
What’s next
ParentPal is still growing, built alongside the parents it’s made for. If you believe in what we’re building, join the waitlist. Every person who signs up tells us we’re on the right track.
